Guidelines for Submitting Logos

In order to provide the best quality private label packaging, we request that logos be provided in one of the following formats:

Preferred method:

Vector graphic files, specifically those created in Adobe Illustrator (.ai extension), are the best method of providing logos.  Please create all fonts in paths ("outline") so there are no font conflicts. These may be e-mailed to blevenson@kutol.com or provided on a CD.  Also include PMS colors if art is black and white. Kutol Products is PC based. Other formats are jpg, or tif, however, these usually require redrawing the art and the final art may vary slightly from the original.

Also Acceptable:

Hard copy logo slicks, letterhead, business cards, and brochures are acceptable if a graphic file is not available.  The largest available logo is necessary, especially for logos that include a large amount of detail.

Not Acceptable:

Color copies or anything printed in a light or metallic ink on a white background.  These will not scan well.   If none of the above is available, we will do our best to match the logo as quickly as possible.
